Jay-Z breaks his silence about the federal paternity lawsuit filed by Rymir Satterthwaite where he called the claims “fabricated.”

Court documents reveal that Jay-Z’s legal team has denied all the allegations which Satterthwaite claims that the “Encore” rapper is his biological father. Satterthwaithe, 31, filed the documents with the court in May, and alleged that Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, was in a brief relationship with his mother, Wanda Satterthwaite in the 1990s, and fathered him.

“The fabricated allegations and claims have been addressed and rejected in multiple other courts,” the rapper’s attorney said. “Satterthwaite’s continued harassment and disregard of those rulings has already resulted in a contempt order.”

This is the latest lawsuit from Satterthwaite which has been going on for decades. His previous lawsuits have been dismissed in which he has accused Jay-Z of “legal manipulation to avoid a paternity test and suppress the case.”

It is not clear if the court will move forward with this new filing and Jay-Z has not personally commented on the case.
