In a bombshell legal filing, former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has accused Kanye West—legally known as Ye—of a shocking array of abuses. The second amended lawsuit, filed in early July 2025, accuses the rapper of sexual assault, battery, stalking, false imprisonment, and sex trafficking.
New Allegations Include Ordeal in San Francisco
Pisciotta, who worked with West from July 2021 to October 2022, alleges many incidents occurred during a business trip to San Francisco. She claims West forcibly entered her hotel room, pinned her down, “froze[n] in shock and fear,” and orally raped her.
In addition, the filing claims, “West notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men,” and that Pisciotta was coerced to observe his sexual interactions with other women.
Coercion, Promises and Alleged Drugging
The amended complaint cites a troubling pattern Steinbeck described as “sex trafficking,” with West promising career advancement in exchange for compliance. According to the court documents, he “recruited and enticed” her with false career promises.
Pisciotta’s lawyers also allege West drugged and sexually attacked her during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Stalking After Termination
After she was terminated, Pisciotta claims West moved into her apartment complex. She later relocated to Florida. Still, she says harassment continued, including a reported swatting incident.
In the filing, she says West “forcibly grabbed [her] by the throat,” licked her ear in public, and sent false emergency reports to authorities who descended on her residence.
Rapper’s Response: Denial and Allegations of Extortion
West’s legal team has responded by calling the claims “baseless” and “frivolous.” They say Pisciotta is seeking to exploit her position through blackmail and extortion.
In June 2024, when the initial lawsuit was filed, West’s representatives dismissed the allegations as part of an “extortion” scheme and vowed to countersue her.
The lawsuit now carries eleven charges, including assault, trafficking, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages, along with a jury trial.
These dramatic new allegations add to a series of controversies surrounding West. They come amid wider scrutiny of his past behavior, including antisemitic remarks and incendiary social media posts.
The case has ignited national discussion about power dynamics, workplace abuse, and celebrity accountability. Pisciotta’s claims suggest a disturbing blend of coercion masked as career advancement.
